The external hydrostatic testing machine for cylinders is a special testing equipment designed and manufactured in strict accordance with relevant standards such as GB/T15385 “Cylinder Burst Test Method”, SO11439 “High-Pressure Cylinders for Automotive Natural Gas” and GB/T9251-1997 “Hydrostatic Test Method for Cylinders”. The equipment supports two control modes: manual and automatic. It is mainly used for cylinder burst pressure testing, capable of accurately completing the entire process of cylinder hydrostatic testing and providing a reliable testing basis for cylinder safety performance.

Equipped with comprehensive safety protection design, it fully ensures the safety of operators and can accurately record the instantaneous peak pressure when the cylinder bursts.
It can flexibly control the pressure boosting speed during the test to ensure that the test pressure rises steadily to the burst pressure, guaranteeing the accuracy and stability of test data.
The automatic control model is equipped with an excellent human-machine interface, supporting manual input of test parameters and test product information. The industrial computer can automatically store relevant data and generate reports, simultaneously recording key curves and information such as pressure-time during the test, realizing automated and data-based management of the test process.
