Description

Whats is Burst Test Bench for Pipes

The Hydraulic Burst Pressure Tester uses water, hydraulic oil, or other liquids as the testing medium. It can generate a maximum hydraulic pressure of 408 MPa and inject the fluid at your desired pressure into sealed components. This simulates high-pressure conditions, allowing for hydrostatic tests, pressure proof tests, and pressure burst tests on various sealed components and pressure vessels, including hydraulic hoses, fire hoses, instruments, liquid cold plates, valves, joints, cylinders, gas tanks, and fire extinguisher cylinders.

Burst Test Bench for Pipes

To ensure accurate test results, it’s important to remove air from the hydraulic testing circuit before performing the hydro test. To assist with this, we offer an electric water pump that helps quickly and efficiently bleed air from the system.

Burst Test Bench for Pipes main components:

  1. AIr driven hydraulic pump
  2. Electric water pump optional(bleed air bubbles in hydraulics)
  3. Resevoir
  4. AIr regulator
  5. Pressure gauge
  6. Protective test chamber

Applicable range of Burst Test Bench for Pipes:

Automotive steering pipes, brake pipes, air conditioning pipes, oil pipes, coolant pipes, radiators, hydraulic equipment, condensers, evaporators, automotive brake pumps, cylinder blocks, air hoses and manifolds, rigid pipes, connectors, valves, cylinders, pressure gauges, pressure sensors, pressure vessels, pressure transmitters, etc.

Function and Features of Burst Test Bench for Pipes:

Non-Welded Piping System: The piping system uses non-welded connections, separating the test fluid system from the driving fluid system. This design makes it easier to control the test temperature and allows for a variety of test media.

Advanced Software Control: The system uses force control configuration software or is written in LABVIEW for computer control, ensuring precise and flexible operation.

Versatile Ancillary Tools: A wide range of auxiliary tooling is available to accommodate different specimens for installation.

Automatic Pressure Compensation: During testing, the pressure is automatically compensated. When the burst pressure drops rapidly, the system will stop automatically to prevent further pressure fluctuations.

Safety Protection: Specially designed protection for tools and equipment ensures the safety of both personnel and equipment during the burst testing operation.

Comprehensive Computer Control: The computer control function allows for customization of settings such as:

Water fill time, exhaust time, holding pressure time, and aeration cleaning time.

Single or multi-stage pressure holding tests.

Holding pressure directly after bursting.

Adjustable boost speed and constant pressure maintenance.

Stepless adjustment of test parameters.

Real-time display of test data and curves.

Automatic saving of test results and the ability to print detailed test reports.
