Description

Whats is Manual Control Burst Pressure Test Machine

The Manual Hydraulic Burst Pressure Tester is a cost-effective hydro testing machine operated manually, but it retains the function of automatic pressure maintenance. When the preset test pressure is reached, the machine automatically stops and maintains pressure. However, during the test, you will need to manually time the test and unload the pressure. If you prefer a fully automated solution, our PLC or computer-controlled automatic hydraulic pressure testers would be a better option.

This tester uses water, hydraulic oil, or other liquids as the test medium and can generate hydraulic pressures up to 408 MPa. It injects the fluid at the required pressure into sealed components, simulating a high-pressure environment for hydrostatic tests, proof pressure tests, and burst pressure tests. It is suitable for testing a wide range of sealed components and pressure vessels, including hydraulic hoses, fire hoses, instruments, liquid cold plates, valves, joints, cylinders, gas tanks, and fire extinguisher cylinders.

To ensure accurate test results, it’s essential to remove air from the hydraulic testing circuit before starting the hydro test. For this purpose, we offer an optional electric water pump that helps quickly and efficiently bleed air from the system.

Hydraulic Burst Pressure Test Operation Process:

1.Preset the Testing Pressure: Start by adjusting the air regulator to set the desired testing pressure.

2.Apply Hydraulic Flow: The hydraulic pressure tester will deliver hydraulic fluid into the test object, then automatically stop and maintain the pressure.

3.Pressure Maintenance: Once the pressure is maintained, if there is no significant pressure drop after the set time, the test is considered successful for either the hydrostatic or proof pressure test.

4.Burst Pressure Test: For the burst pressure test, simply adjust the air regulator to the maximum setting. The hydraulic tester will continuously inject hydraulic fluid into the test object until it cracks. During this process, the burst pressure will be recorded by the pressure gauge.

Manual Control Burst Pressure Test Machine

The Burst Pressure Testing Machine has two operation modes: manual control and automatic control. The automatic control model provides higher accuracy and easier operation, making it perfect for users who prioritize convenience and have a larger budget. On the other hand, the manual control model offers a more economical solution without compromising reliability, making it a great choice for users with a limited budget.
