What is a AIR Booster System?

The AIR Booster System is an all-in-one, ready-to-use system. It adopts a high-performance air booster pump as the core component, is equipped with a customizable air tank (10L–300L), and integrates a full set of auxiliary parts including valves, pressure gauges and pressure reducing valves. The system can easily deliver stable, adjustable high-pressure gas with large flow rate, perfectly adapts to various complex on-site working conditions, and provides efficient and reliable pressure support for your production operations.

Working Principle of AIR Booster System

Low-pressure Drive: The system uses low-pressure compressed air (0.2–0.7MPa) as the power source, which is connected to the air booster pump—the core component of the system.

Pressure Amplification: Based on the principle of piston area difference, the booster pump greatly increases the pressure of input low-pressure gas. The built-in automatic reversing valve enables the piston to reciprocate, continuously generating high-pressure gas.

Pressure Stabilization & Buffering: The boosted high-pressure gas first enters the air tank, which offsets pressure pulsation during the boosting process and stores gas at the same time, ensuring stable gas supply and meeting the demand for instantaneous large flow rate.

Pressure Regulation & Output: With the help of pressure reducing valves, pressure gauges and other components, the gas pressure is accurately adjusted to the value required by the working condition, and then delivered to terminal equipment or testing stations.

In addition, the system is equipped with an automatic start-stop function: it stops running when the pressure reaches the set value and restarts automatically when the pressure drops, requiring no manual supervision.
