A16Y Type 1 (Basic Model, Pressure Ratio 1:1)

  • Models: A16Y-01 (aluminum alloy wetted parts, suitable for water, oil, etc.); A16Y-01S (stainless steel wetted parts, suitable for clean or corrosive media, also applicable to water, oil, etc.)
  • Core Parameters: Drive air pressure 1–8 bar; outlet pressure = drive air pressure; maximum outlet pressure 8 bar; boost displacement 226 cm³; air consumption displacement 452 cm³
  • Interface Dimensions: Liquid inlet and high-pressure outlet are both NPT1/2; drive air inlet is ZG3/8
  • Sealing Materials: NBR, PTFE, FKM, etc., depending on the model

A16Y Type 2 (End Inlet & Side Outlet)

 

  • Installation Method: Bracket-mounted or bracket-free (insert the inlet into the oil tank and fix vertically on the tank with two diagonal screws, greatly simplifying the installation process)
  • Models & Applicable Media: A16Y-04/-10/-16 (aluminum alloy pump head + stainless steel plunger rod, suitable for water, oil); A16MO-04/-10/-16 (tool steel plunger rod, dedicated for hydraulic oil); A16MO-44 (iron pump head + tool steel plunger rod, dedicated for hydraulic oil)
  • Core Parameters: Drive air pressure 1–8 bar; drive air inlet is uniformly ZG3/8; air consumption displacement 301 cm³; outlet pressure = pressure ratio × drive air pressure; high-pressure seal material is UPE
  • Typical Model Parameters: A16Y-04 (pressure ratio 1:4, boost displacement 37.6 cm³, inlet NPT3/4, outlet NPT1/2); A16Y-44T (pressure ratio 1:44, boost displacement 3.39 cm³, inlet NPT3/8, outlet NPT1/4 (NPT3/8 optional))

  • Interface Dimensions: Drive air inlet is ZG3/8; liquid inlet and high-pressure outlet of A16Y-04S/-05S/-07S are both NPT1/2; those of A16Y-10S/-16S are both NPT3/8

A16Y Type 4 (Suffix Number Represents Pressure Ratio)

 

  • Models: A16Y-30/-44/-64/-100/-130/-177/-256
  • Core Features: Stainless steel wetted parts; front inlet and side outlet design; outlet direction (left/right) selectable upon ordering
  • Special Model: A16MO (equipped with tool steel plunger rod, dedicated for hydraulic oil, not applicable to water)
