Nuclear Valve Hydrostatic Test Bench
Description
I .Overview
The hydraulic pressure test bench for nuclear power valves manufactured by Jinan Bonor Technology Co., Ltd. is designed to test the pressure resistance of nuclear valves. The test pressure, pressure holding duration and pressure rise rate can be accurately regulated by computer system. With water as the main test medium, the equipment is capable of both sealing performance inspection and hydrostatic strength test for valves. Water or other pressurized media are pressurized by the high-pressure pump and delivered into tested valves through pipelines. By pressurizing to the specified value, the sealing performance and pressure bearing strength of valves can be verified effectively. This unit realizes automatic pressure rise, automatic pressure holding and automatic pressure relief with one-click full-process operation. Its electrical control system complies with national electrical industry standards. Equipped with dedicated control and acquisition unit, the system features stable operation and reliable control performance.

II. Test Standards for Valve Hydrostatic Test Bench
HAF003-1991 Safety Regulations for Nuclear Power Plant Quality Assurance HAF102-2004 Safety Regulations for Nuclear Power Plant Design HAF601-2007 Supervision and Administration Regulations for the Design, Manufacture, Installation and Non-Destructive Testing of Civil Nuclear Safety Equipment RCC-M Design and Construction Rules for Mechanical Components of PWR Nuclear Islands (2000 Edition and 2002 Supplement) RCC-M D5000, RCC-M C5000, RCC-M F6610
III. Features of the Valve Hydrostatic Test Bench
- Adopt full-coverage computer control system. The pressure can be adjusted freely and kept stable without drift after parameter locking.
- Real-time pressure curve is displayed on the screen, and test reports can be automatically generated upon test completion. The pneumatic booster pump provides pressurization and automatically stops to maintain pressure once the set value is reached, requiring no manual monitoring.
- All pressure-bearing parts are made of stainless steel with ferrule quick connections and zero welding points. The equipment is easy to assemble and disassemble with low leakage risk.
- Equipped with a built-in automatic clamping mechanism. After placing the valve, the air cylinder automatically compresses for sealing without manual bolt tightening.
