一. Application Scope
Bonor hydraulic valve test bench is developed for strength pressure test and sealing pressure test of various hydraulic valves.
二. Control System
The control system consists of a double-layer control structure including microcomputer and PLC programmable controller. With advanced control logic and independent control units, modular control is realized perfectly. It features high pressure control precision, excellent pressure holding performance and real-time automatic pressure compensation. Multiple test stations can work simultaneously without mutual interference. All test data and curves are automatically recorded and saved in the computer. Both manual control mode and computer automatic control mode are optional for operators.

- Pressurization System: booster pump, pressure regulating valve, switches, pressure gauges, pipelines, check valves and other parts
- Measurement & Control System: pressure sensors, dedicated software, industrial computer, data acquisition boards, acquisition cables, serial ports
- Test Tooling: connecting adapters, hydraulic clamping fixtures
四. Technical Parameters
- Driving Air Pressure: 0.1 – 0.69 MPa; the output pressure is proportional to driving air pressure
- Air Consumption: 1 Nm³/min
- Test Pressure Range: 0 – 280 MPa, customized pressure range is available according to actual requirements
- Working Medium: water, hydraulic oil, emulsion liquid, etc.
- Optional Configuration: portable automatic recorder can be equipped as required

This calibrator adopts the valve disc displacement opening judgment method to implement on-line detection. It supports on-line setting pressure calibration for pop safety valves and pressure adjustment for valves under grid-connected operating conditions.
For on-line calibration of safety valves equipped on power station boilers, steam turbines and superheaters, there is no need to adjust the system pressure, which brings no disturbance to the actual operating conditions of the system. It is applicable to on-line adjustment and calibration of safety valves in industries including petrochemical, chemical engineering, power generation, natural gas, metallurgy, offshore oil, as well as special equipment inspection institutions. |
This test bench is applicable for steel valves with nominal diameter DN15~DN50 and nominal pressure PN100 and below, including the following types:
Test conditions for leakage rate detection: Ambient temperature shall be kept between 15℃ and 35℃, designed for leakage inspection of elastically sealed valves. |
