Description

What is Pressure Relief Valve Test Bench:

The Pressure Safety Valve Test Bench is used for comprehensive performance testing of safety valves, including gas safety valve flow rate, opening pressure, opening differential pressure, and lift height, among other design performance tests. The equipment is based on advanced design principles and is equipped with a data acquisition system. It allows for long-term storage and preservation of safety valve measurement data, which can be accessed, printed as hard copies, and archived. Additionally, it can generate validation reports directly stored in a computer database.

Pressure Relief Valve Test Bench Technical Parameters:

Pressure Relief Valve Test bench Includes:

Pressure Test Benches: Used to apply pressure to the pressure relief valve and measure its response. Pressure is gradually increased until the valve opens, at which point the pressure is recorded. The valve is then closed, and the process is repeated at various pressure levels to ensure the valve operates correctly across a range of pressures.

Flow Meters: These devices measure the flow rate of the fluid released by the valve when it opens. This helps verify that the valve is performing within its design specifications.

Leak Testers: Used to check for any leaks in the pressure relief valve or the system it protects. Leak testers apply pressure to the system and detect any leakage through the valve or other components.

Calibrators: These devices ensure the pressure relief valve is calibrated correctly, meaning it opens at the right pressure. Calibrators allow for adjustments to the valve’s opening pressure as needed.

Data Acquisition Systems: Used to record and analyze data during the pressure relief valve test. These systems track parameters such as pressure, flow rate, and more, and generate detailed reports and graphs of the test results.

Pressure Relief Valve Test bench Main components:

The Pressure Relief Valve Test benc is composed of a power console and a hydraulic clamp, which are connected via hoses and cables to form a complete offline safety valve testing system. The power console integrates several key components, including pressure gauges, control valves, a gas booster, a hydraulic pump station, a computer, an electronic control unit, a test program, and a data acquisition system.

The hydraulic clamp securely holds the safety valves in place and is controlled automatically by the computer. With just a click of a button, the safety valve is clamped automatically. The clamp comes with multiple sealing discs and threaded adapters, making it compatible with both flange-type and thread-type safety valves, ranging from DN15 to DN400.
