一、Application

This machine is developed for hydrostatic strength test of ball valve bodies. It is equipped with automatic clamping fixture to clamp test samples automatically. Applicable size range: DN10 – DN200.

The system adopts automatic control. The pressure-time curve can be generated automatically by computer. All test data can be displayed in real time, saved in Excel file, retrieved and printed. Regular pressure testing helps detect potential defects of ball valves, enabling timely maintenance or replacement to avoid safety incidents and production losses caused by valve quality failures.

  1. Equipped with Simatech air-driven automatic gas booster pump, the output pressure is adjustable and controllable.

  4. Two control modes optional: manual control or computer automatic control.
