Description

I:Introduction to the Test Apparatus

The  gas cylinder mixing and shaking machine utilizes pneumatic cylinders for both clamping and rotation, causing the steel cylinder or gas bottle positioned at the workstation to undergo a rotational motion, thereby achieving the objective of thoroughly mixing the gas or contents within the bottle. This product is applicable to various operational scenarios requiring gas mixing and is characterized by its ease of cylinder loading and unloading, as well as its low physical labor requirements.

II:Main Technical Parameters

  1. Drive Air Source: 0.3–0.8 MPa
  2. Power Supply Voltage: 230 V / 50 Hz
  3. Counting Function: Provided
  4. Workstation: 1 Station
  5. Maximum Cylinder Diameter: 610 mm
  6. Maximum Cylinder Length: 1940 mm

III.:Preparation

  1. Place the equipment on level, even ground free of depressions, and securely fasten the expansion bolts.
  2. Prior to use, thoroughly inspect the electrical control cabinet to ensure proper grounding, check the insulation of all electrical wiring, and verify that all rotating components can undergo a normal test run.
  3. Connect the power supply and operate the equipment in strict compliance with all specified requirements.
  4. Adjust the position of the proximity switches (which may have become loose or misaligned due to bumps during transit). Perform several cycles of operation under no-load conditions. Use the speed control valves on the clamping cylinders to adjust the clamping and releasing speeds, gradually increasing them from a slow pace to the desired speed. **Important:** Never release a steel cylinder to roll freely without proper control. The equipment’s working station must be returned to a position perpendicular to the ground before the machine is started. Ensure that no personnel approach the vicinity of the working station while the equipment is in operation.

IV:Operating Procedures for the Shaking Machine

  1. Connect the power supply; the power indicator light will illuminate.
  2. Adjust the proximity switch to the appropriate position.
  3. Set the required number of shaking cycles on the counter.
  4. Place the bottle onto the workstation, then turn the clamping switch to secure the bottle in place.
  5. Press the “Start Shaking” button; the device will begin the shaking process and automatically stop once the preset number of cycles is reached.
  6. If you need to interrupt the process while shaking is in progress, press the “Stop Shaking” button. The device will automatically return to its original position (the original position is defined as the workstation being vertical to the ground).
  7. If the operation is paused midway, you may press the “Reset Counter” button to restart the count.

V:Usage, Maintenance Requirements, and Precautions

  1. After a period of use, apply grease to the bearings at both ends in a timely manner.
  2. Periodically inspect the air tubing for signs of aging or air leakage.
