一、Overview：
The emergency shut-off valve calibration device independently developed by Jinan Bonor Technology Co., Ltd. is designed to test the shut-off performance of emergency shut-off valves under excessive flow conditions, meanwhile the tightness test can be carried out synchronously.

The overflow test bench for emergency shut-off valves is applied to verify whether the flow rate before the floating disc of emergency shut-off valve closes exceeds the value specified by relevant standards. This equipment is mainly supplied to manufacturers and inspection institutions of emergency shut-off valves for liquid tank trucks. It is applicable to factory tests and periodic inspections for the overflow protection function of emergency shut-off valves on liquefied tank trucks. Equipped with an automatic data acquisition module, the system can collect test data automatically and generate formal test reports.

三、 Equipment Features

  1. Equipped with a computer control system to realize adjustable and controllable output pressure and flow rate.
  2. Real-time display of pressure curves and flow curves; test reports can be exported automatically after the test.
  3. All pressure-bearing components are integrally fabricated without welding joints and made of stainless steel material.
  4. An automatic clamping mechanism is configured to fasten the tested valve and guarantee the sealing performance of test pieces.
