Description

1. Product Overview

Bonor battery air tightness tester is developed to conduct air tightness test for batteries and judge leakage conditions. Its test pressure ranges from 0 to 200 KPa with overpressure alarm function. The device will trigger an automatic alarm for sudden pressure changes in the test loop and shut down automatically once pressure exceeds the safe range. Equipped with advanced CPU, high-precision sensors and zero-leakage pneumatic valves, the tester ensures high efficiency, accuracy and stability of testing. It automatically controls valve actions and collects sensor data during testing. The built-in standard sample error calibration function reduces systematic errors, improves testing performance and shortens test cycles. Digital filtering is adopted to resist external interference, while temperature compensation is applied to eliminate test errors caused by temperature fluctuation. The instrument supports multi-channel testing for various workpieces, real-time flow display and a standard calibration port for easy maintenance.
