Description
一、 Application
This tester is developed to inspect the sealing performance of radiators, intercoolers and oil coolers. It realizes leakage inspection via bubble immersion test or dedicated leak detectors.

三、Equipment Composition
The equipment consists of three core assemblies:
- Hydraulic system: Equipped with circulating pump and pulse generator
- Test chamber: Used for workpiece installation, pressure regulation and system pressure indication. The viewing window is fitted with protective cover to observe specimen status during testing.
- Electric control cabinet & computer measurement system: Control buttons and meters are centrally arranged on the console for unified operation and monitoring. The computer collects pressure waveform, test times, pulse frequency and other data, supports report printing and fault alarming functions.
