一. Product Introduction
Clamping Type Hydraulic Valve Test Bench is manufactured in accordance with GB4981-89 Pressure Test for General Valves and ZBJ16006-90 Test and Inspection of Valves. It supports multiple test modes including static test, dynamic test and cycle test to meet various testing requirements of hydraulic valves. Equipped with intelligent operation & management system for simpler and more efficient testing. Operators can set parameters, control test procedures and view test data via touch screen or computer terminal. Functions such as automatic calibration and fault diagnosis are available to lower manual workload and improve testing efficiency & accuracy.
- Suitable for strength test and tightness test of flange-connected gate valves, ball valves, globe valves (with FF/RF/MFM/RJ sealing faces).
- Optimally composed of mechanical system, hydraulic system, electrical system and medium circulation system. The whole clamping process is controlled by electrical and hydraulic components.
- Test medium: clean water; Water test pressure range: 1.0 ~ 10 MPa
- Applicable valve nominal diameter: DN40~DN200 (larger sizes available upon inquiry)
- Maximum opening stroke ≥770 mm, minimum opening stroke ≤145 mm. Custom larger/smaller stroke is available.
- Adjustable output pressure for different test conditions; equipped with overpressure protection and pressure relief device.
- Power failure protection: automatic pressure relief and test termination once power cuts off.
二. Product Configuration
- All electrical components adopt Schneider brand.
- Pressure gauge accuracy class: minimum 1.5.
- Solenoid valves, seals, hydraulic components, hydraulic oil pumps, mechanically-sealed low-pressure pumps and mechanically-sealed high-pressure pumps are premium domestic brands.
- Hydraulic piston rod: made of 40Cr steel with quenching & tempering heat treatment.
