deep-sea simulated hydraulic testing machine
Description
1. Application Scope
Bonor (Jinan) independently developed deep-sea simulated hydraulic testing machine is capable of deep-sea simulation experiments with simulated water depth from 0 to 12000 m (corresponding pressure range: 0–120 MPa). It performs deep-sea high-pressure deformation failure tests and high-pressure fatigue tests. Users are allowed to set parameters including pressure rise time, pressure rise rate, holding pressure range, holding time as well as upper and lower limits of test pressure. This machine is widely applied to hydraulic simulation tests for underwater optical cables, subsea robots, deep-sea buoys, underwater lamps, sensors, deep-sea ROVs and other products. It serves as an ideal testing solution for research institutions and industrial manufacturers.
2. Equipment Composition
- Equipped with a high-pressure automatic pressure vessel for placing test samples into the tank chamber.
- A pressure simulation control unit is configured to simulate deep-sea external hydraulic pressure for specimen external pressure tests.
- The tank cover opening device supports both manual and automatic modes to realize automatic opening and closing of the pressure vessel.
3. Equipment Features
- Dual opening modes (manual & automatic) are available for pressure vessel opening and closing operations.
- Test pressure is adjustable automatically to realize automatic simulation and control of water pressure for automatic pressure testing of products.
- Optional control modules for water depth, temperature, dissolved oxygen, pH value and other environmental parameters.
4. Technical Specifications
- Inner diameter of pressure vessel: φ50 mm ~ φ3000 mm
- Vessel length: 100 mm ~ 12 m
- Simulated water depth: 0–12000 m, covering pressure simulation tests for all sea areas
- Test medium: clean water, seawater, etc.
- Data acquisition system can be configured according to customers’ customized requirements
