Description
1. Application Scope
Developed by Jinan Bonor, this hydrostatic test system works under test pressure of 0~150 MPa. It is designed for seamless steel pipes, welded steel pipes and cast steel pipes to conduct burst test, leakage test and deformation pressure test. Each test item can be performed separately or in combined comprehensive tests. This equipment is widely applied in quality inspection institutions, product quality monitoring stations, research institutes and colleges for steel pipe inspection and product development. Adopting computer automatic control, the equipment runs automatically after parameter configuration.
2. Basic Technical Parameters
- Test medium: Water, hydraulic oil, emulsion
- Test pressure range: 0~1500 bar (adjustable)
- Air consumption: 1 m³/min
- Driving air pressure: 0.2–0.8 MPa; Air flow rate: 0.3~1 m³/min
- Pressure driving mode: Pneumatic drive or hydraulic drive
- Timing range for burst test: 0~100 hours
- Control modes for burst station: Manual push-button control / Fully automatic control
- Available test length of pipes: 0.5 m ~ 12 m
- Applicable pipe diameter: 16 mm ~ 200 mm. Custom test fixtures are available upon customized requirements
3. Product Features
- All wetted parts are made of stainless steel with good rust resistance and long service life.
- Integrate pressure resistance test, burst test, leakage test and deformation pressure test, supporting individual test and comprehensive combined test.
- The system automatically generates real-time pressure-time curves, stores all test data, and supports printing Chinese & English inspection reports at any time.
- Two optional control modes: Manual control & computer automatic control.
4. Applicable Pipe Types
Seamless steel pipe, welded steel pipe, cast steel pipe
5. Standard Test Flow
Length measurement → Water flushing & feeding → Workpiece positioning → Loading & unloading → Clamping → Double head sealing forward movement → Pre-sealing of pipe → Air exhaust & water filling → Pressure rising & pressure holding → Pressure relief → Retraction of double heads → Clamp release → Workpiece discharging
