Description

一、 Application Scope

The fire cylinder valve test machine manufactured by Jinan Bonor is designed for hydrostatic pressure testing of fire cylinder valves. The standard test pressure range is 0~21 MPa, and customized pressure ranges are available upon request. Users can select computer control mode, manual operation mode, or both modes combined. The equipment is widely applied in manufacturing plants, quality inspection institutes, research institutes and universities for production inspection and R&D of various fire cylinder valves.

二、 Control System

The control system consists of two layers: upper computer and lower computer.

  • The upper computer processes graphic display, data calculation and data management, with independent control units to realize modular control.
  • The lower computer drives the hydraulic system to reach the target pressure according to instructions from the upper computer. It delivers high pressure control accuracy, stable pressure holding performance and real-time automatic pressure compensation. It also supports automatic data saving when power cuts off and test resumption after power recovery, which guarantees the continuity of testing work.

  1. Equipped with Bonor pneumatic hydraulic pump, the output pressure can be adjusted and controlled conveniently and precisely.

  3. Test pressure range: 0–21 MPa, customized pressure range is available according to customer requirements.
  4. Working medium: Compressed air, nitrogen or clean water
  5. Custom Bonor data acquisition software can be selected upon customers’ requests.
