Ⅰ. Application Scope
Manufactured by Jinan Bonor, this pipe bursting test machine is designed for hydrostatic resistance and bursting tests of PVC, PE, aluminum-plastic composite pipes and other tubular products. Based on material mechanics and fluid mechanics theories, it applies gradually increasing internal pressure to pipe samples to simulate actual service pressure conditions, so as to evaluate the pressure resistance performance and safety coefficient of pipes.
It supports both computer control and manual control modes; an optional constant-temperature water tank is equipped for automatic temperature regulation. The equipment fully complies with corresponding national standards, and technical parameters can be customized on demand. During tests, operators can monitor real-time pressure fluctuation, test duration and other data via the LCD display interface, while observing pipe deformation and abnormal conditions throughout the experiment.

The system can display real-time pressure curves, generate test reports and store test data automatically.
