I. Application Scope
The tire hydrostatic pressure & bursting test equipment developed by Jinan Bonor is applicable to hydrostatic bursting and pressure resistance tests for sedan tires, heavy-duty tires, motorcycle tires, electric bicycle tires, engineering machinery tires and accumulator tires. It complies with test standards including GB/T4501-2008, GB/T4502-2009 and HG 2186-1991. Test data can be automatically collected into a computer without manual intervention to facilitate product quality traceability.
II. Characteristics of Tire Hydrostatic Bursting Tester
- Powered by booster pump as the core driving unit; output pressure and pressurization duration are fully adjustable and controllable.
- Multiple control modes available: manual control or computer software control.
- All components adopt non-welded connections for convenient maintenance, safe and stable operation.
- Equipped with an efficient vacuum pump.
- The tester collects real-time tire pressure data during testing, which is processed and displayed graphically by the computer. Additional functions include automatic timing, automatic recording of bursting pressure and real-time rendering of pressure curves, delivering comprehensive test data reports.
