1. Application Scope
Developed by Jinan Bonor Machinery Co., Ltd., this flattening tester is designed for flattening tests of fire extinguisher cylinders, and also applicable to steel cylinder and gas cylinder flattening inspection. It complies with GB4351.1-2005 Portable Fire Extinguishers and GB/T4351-2005 Part 3: Inspection Rules. Adopting automatic hydraulic technology to compress test specimens, the machine supports automatic pressure loading, preset pressure holding, manual/automatic return to home position. Different flattening dies are equipped for various cylinder models, covering portable and trolley-type fire extinguishers. Real-time pressure monitoring and reading display provide accurate test data.
