一、Complete pressure testing system = Pressurization system + Control and display system

  1. Pressurization system: Centered on the Simingte liquid booster pump, responsible for system pressurization and maintaining stable pressure over extended periods;

二、Applicable Test Standards

International Standard:

Hose installation and testing procedures are carried out in accordance with EN ISO 1402:1996 / NF T47-202:1996, “Rubber and plastics hose assemblies — Hydrostatic testing.

Domestic national standards:

Compliant with standards such as GB7939, GB/T5563 (general testing for hydraulic hose assemblies), GB383 (wire-braided rubber hoses), GB/T10544, and GB/T16897-2010, the equipment meets all testing requirements for hose burst, leakage, and pressure resistance tests.

三、Four Standard Test Procedures for Hose Bursting

  1. Constant-rate pressure increase → until specimen burst
  2. Constant-rate pressure increase → pressure hold → constant-rate pressure increase → until specimen burst
  3. Constant-rate pressure increase → pressure hold → pressure release (for pressure resistance/durability testing only; specimen does not burst)
  4. Constant-rate pressure increase → pressure hold → secondary pressure increase → secondary pressure hold → final pressure increase to burst (multi-stage stepped pressure to simulate operating conditions)

2.Basic working principle

A high-pressure booster pump generates a high-pressure fluid medium, which is regulated by a pressure control system and conveyed via high-pressure piping into the test specimen; this enables the performance of long-term hydrostatic pressure resistance tests and ultimate burst tests on the piping.
