I. Application Scope

The PET bottle bursting tester manufactured is designed to test the pressure bearing capacity of gas bottles by simulating actual filling working conditions. This equipment supports stepless pressure regulation and constant-speed pressurization. The PET bottle will be rapidly pressurized to the preset pressure value set by the operator and held for 13 seconds. Afterwards, the pressure rises continuously at a rate of 0.7 bar per second until the container ruptures or reaches the preset threshold of pressure or volume expansion.

Available input parameters include the initial preset pressure as well as limit values for pressure and volumetric expansion. Adopting computerized automatic control, the machine can automatically clamp test samples via air cylinders and perform automatic water filling.

III. Features of PET Bottle Test Bench

1. Adopts computerized control to guarantee stable and reliable test performance.
2. Equipped with high-precision control system and data acquisition system, which records and analyzes various test parameters (pressure, time, deformation, etc.) in real time. It is also integrated with multiple safety protection mechanisms including overload protection and overpressure protection to ensure safe test operation.
3. Real-time curve display: pressure-time curve, expansion volume-time curve as well as pressure-expansion volume curve are available for visual monitoring.
4. Supports real-time water temperature collection during testing.
5. Test reports can be exported and all experimental data can be saved upon test completion.
