Description
1. Application Scope
This test bench manufactured by Jinan Bonor is mainly used for factory inspection tests of shock-resistant oil-filled pressure gauges, precision pressure gauges and air pressure gauges.

2. Basic Parameters
- Test medium: oil, water or ethylene glycol mixed liquid

Working Principle:The high-pressure pump generates high-pressure fluid according to set pressure values. The fluid is delivered to test specimens via high-pressure hoses after being regulated by the pressure control system to complete the calibration and testing of pressure gauges.
3. Equipment Composition
The test bench consists of three core assemblies:
- Pressure Generation System: Pressure pump, control valves and sensors
- Test Cabinet: Used for mounting test specimens, pressure regulation and system pressure indication
- Electric Control Cabinet & Computer Test System: Collect test pressure and cycle variation data, generate test reports and store experimental records

Developed by Jinan Siminte Technology Co., Ltd., this test bench is specially designed for the life test of electrical signal devices on electric contact pressure gauges.
The equipment is equipped with an automatic closing & opening test device for circuit breakers of various models and an undervoltage action detection device for circuit breakers, together with a control unit and a power supply unit. The control unit consists of an industrial control computer, a touch screen, control circuits for stepping motors and voltage regulating motors, as well as input & output circuits for control signals. |
