1. Application Scope
The pipe & hose pulse tester manufactured by Jinan Bonor is mainly used for fatigue testing of various hoses as listed below:

Steering hose, brake hose, air conditioning hose, fuel hose, cooling water hose, heat dissipation hose, heater hose, air filter hose, turbocharger system hose, engineering hydraulic hose

Equipment Composition
This test bench consists of three major components as follows:
- Hydraulic System: Circulation pump, pulse generator.
- Test Cabinet: It is mainly used for mounting test specimens, pressure regulation and system pressure indication.
- Electric Control Cabinet & Computer Test System: Start buttons and measuring instruments are all arranged on the console for centralized control and real-time monitoring. The computer system is able to collect parameters including test pressure waveforms, test cycles and pulse frequency. It supports report printing as well as fault alarm notification functions.
