1. Product Introduction

This test device developed  has a rated test pressure of 2 MPa, with controllable parameters including test pressure, test temperature and cycle times. It is specially applied to fatigue endurance tests for shock absorbers.

The whole control system adopts the framework of industrial control computer + secondary control instrument system + sensor switch control. All switching signals are monitored by closed-loop PLC with logical interlock design to ensure system safety and stability, meanwhile the device supports fault recording function.

  • Automatic recovery of leaked medium after disassembly of tested pipelines;
