Ⅰ. Product Introduction

The high-pressure water pulsating pressure testing machine developed by Jinan Bonor Machinery, Ltd. is designed for pulsating pressure tests on pipes, radiators, cold plates, cooling components, gas cylinders, valves, pressure vessels and other products. It features a test pressure range of 0~80 MPa with computerized control system. Equipped with a data acquisition and processing system, it supports real-time collection and storage of pressure waveform data. Clean water or water-glycol mixture is available as optional working medium for fatigue testing of test samples.

II. Technical Parameters of High-Pressure Water Pulsating Pressure Testing Machine

1.Factory operating environment: Power supply: AC380V (+15%/−10%), 50Hz, 25kW; laboratory temperature: 10~35℃, humidity: 20~90%RH with good ventilation required.

III. Advantages & Characteristics of High-Pressure Pulsating Pressure Tester

  1. SUS304 high-quality stainless steel piping is adopted for the medium loop; 7/16 stainless steel adapters are equipped for test piece ports for convenient and reliable installation.
  2. Overall equipment noise ≤70dB(A), measured by a handheld sound level meter at a distance of 1 meter from the unit. Clear marks are labeled on pipelines and circuits with corresponding drawings attached; third-party calibration certificates can be provided for pressure gauges and other measuring instruments.
  3. Recorded measurement items: ambient lab temperature, medium temperature, pressure at test piece outlet, pipeline pressure, test duration and test cycles.
  4. Data Acquisition & Processing System

(A) Real-time collection and storage of pressure waveform data.

(B) Collected parameters include pressure boost waveform, system pressure, oil temperature, chamber ambient temperature, test start/end & runtime duration, test cycles, leakage trigger pressure, accumulated cycle count, etc.

(C) Data storage & output: collected data can be exported as editable files. Data is available in table or curve graph format. The pressure-time curve can be displayed in real time and printed out; users are allowed to zoom in/out the curve locally and read data via mouse operation. Built-in database supports storage and query of historical measurement data, automatic report generation & printing, as well as printing of real-time operation curves.

(D) The measurement & control software is equipped with stable communication and human-machine interface to dynamically display system operation status graphically. It displays all measured & controlled parameters as well as pressure-time curves synchronously in table and graphic forms, and supports parameter configuration for measuring instruments and control components.

(E) Independent leakage detection and feedback control function for each test piece is integrated to timely detect product failure.

四.Operation Precautions

  1. Prioritize operational safety to protect operators and the surrounding environment.
  2. Operate the equipment strictly in accordance with the user manual, relevant regulations and operating procedures.
  3. Keep the equipment clean and dry to guarantee its normal service life.
  4. Remove impurities and air inside the system before operation to ensure accuracy and reliability of test results.
  5. Fully preheat and commission the equipment before conducting high-pressure pulsating tests for stable operation.
  6. Clean and maintain the equipment after each test to prevent equipment damage and adverse impacts on subsequent test data.
  7. Monitor test indicators and record test results throughout the test for subsequent data analysis and evaluation.
  8. Comply with the rated application scope of the equipment; overloaded or improper operation is prohibited.
