一、 Product Introduction
Developed by Jinan Bonor, the whole vehicle air tightness test machine is designed for quantitative measurement of air tightness performance for complete vehicles, body-in-white and other related systems.
Applications
- Air tightness testing for body-in-white
- Leakage flow measurement of vehicle body
- Air volume distribution test for automotive air conditioning system: measure the air volume of each air outlet of the air conditioning assembly to verify whether the vehicle air conditioning system complies with relevant standard requirements.
二、Technical Parameters of Whole Vehicle Air Tightness Test Machine
a.Flow measuring range: 5~400 SCFM; System flow test accuracy: ±1%; System flow repeatability accuracy: ±0.2% of reading
b.Test pressure range: -250Pa ~ 250Pa, adjustable within operating pressure range without equipment restart
c.Full measuring range: 0 ~ 400 SCFM. Automatic range switching within 0~400 SCFM, no manual operation required
d. Ambient working temperature: -20℃ ~ 60℃
三、 Product Features
- Equipped with pressure balance bar assembly to measure average pressure at multiple measuring points inside the vehicle cabin.
- The whole system supports self-calibration & verification, matched with dedicated calibration tools and calibration devices.
- Compact size with good mobility; floor area ≤ 0.5 square meters, equipment height ≤ 1.5 meters.
- Supplied with inflation hoses and window adapters; the length of inflation hose is no less than 3 meters.
- Fitted with micro leakage detector to accurately locate leakage positions.
