I. Application Scope
The fully automatic pulsation testing machine manufactured by Jinan Bonor is automatically controlled by computer software to support unattended operation. It is equipped with dual pressure relief devices including automatic computer pressure relief and manual pressure relief, together with an alarm system for overpressure, overtime and leakage conditions, which greatly improves the safety and reliability of the whole equipment. Integrated with multiple abnormality judgment functions for automatic operation, this machine is applied for pulsating pressure tests on rubber hoses, flexible tubes, radiators, heat exchangers, air filter hoses, turbocharger system hoses, engineering hydraulic hoses, aviation hoses and manifolds, other rigid pipes and pipe joints, automobile brake pumps, valve pipe fittings and other products. Compared with water pressure testing, oil pressure testing supports high-temperature testing of media.
II. Basic Technical Parameters
- Clear images of burst expansion failure of test specimens can be captured.
- Test pressure: 0–60 MPa (adjustable)
- Pressure control accuracy: 0.01 MPa (subject to measuring range)
- Pulsation frequency: 5~120 cycles per minute (adjustable)
- Pulsation pressure waveform: standard square wave (or trapezoidal wave); pulse width can be customized according to your company’s requirements.
- Test medium temperature: ambient temperature ~ 160°C (customizable upon customer demand)
- Capable of continuous testing for more than 1,000,000 cycles in a single run Sealing performance test shall be carried out after the above test, with no leakage or deformation allowed on test pieces.
- Control mode: automatic computer control adopting servo or proportional control technology
- Pressure Control Accuracy:+2% of upper test pressure limit, -1% of lower test pressure limit

The brake hose bending tester developed and manufactured by Jinan Bonor Technology Co., Ltd. is designed in accordance with the national standard GB 16897-2010 Structure, Performance Requirements and Test Methods for Brake Hoses. This equipment is applicable to bending tests of brake hoses with a total bending angle of 180°. Check the test specimens for cracks after the test is completed. |

Temperature & Pressure Alternating Test Bench
The flow, pressure loss and pressure cycle test machine for reactor cooling devices is designed for testing reactor products. It measures the pressure drop of the cooling system under preset flow rate, pressure and ambient temperature conditions. The test coolant is a mixture composed of 50% water and 50% ethylene glycol. The tester is equipped with a water tank and filtering assemblies. Operators are allowed to input test parameters into the system, and the system can automatically generate formal test reports. Upon test completion, the equipment will extract all coolant from the cooling system of the tested specimen. |
