Description

1. Application Scope of Gas Cylinder Fatigue Testing Machine

The gas cylinder fatigue testing machine developed by Jinan Bonor is designed for pressure fatigue tests on various cylinders including breathing cylinders, filament-wound cylinders, LNG cylinders, CNG cylinders, LPG cylinders, nitrogen cylinders, oxygen cylinders, hydrogen cylinders and fire-fighting cylinders.

This equipment complies with the following domestic and international test standards:

  • GB/T 9252: Gas cylinders — Fatigue test method
  • GB 4351: Portable fire extinguishers
  • GB 17258: Steel cylinders for on-board compressed natural gas for automobiles
  • ISO 11439: Gas cylinders — High-pressure cylinders for on-board natural gas vehicles
  • ISO 9809: Gas cylinders — Seamless steel gas cylinders
  • ECE R110: Compressed natural gas for vehicle propulsion systems

II. Basic Parameters

  1. Test medium: water, hydraulic oil
  2. Pulse pressure: 0 ~ 100 MPa (adjustable)
  3. Pressure control accuracy: ±0.5%FS
  4. Pulse frequency: 0 ~ 15 cycles per minute (adjustable)
  5. Pulse pressure waveform: standard square wave or trapezoidal wave. The pulse width can be customized in accordance with your requirements.

III. Equipment Composition of Gas Cylinder Pressure Cycling Testing Machine

The test bench consists of three major assemblies:

  1. Hydraulic System: circulating pump and pulse generator.
  2. Test Cabinet: It is mainly used for mounting test specimens, regulating pressure and displaying system pressure readings.
  3. Electrical Control Cabinet & Computer Test System: The start buttons and meters are mounted on the console for centralized control and real-time condition monitoring. The computer system is capable of collecting parameters including test pressure waveform, test cycles and pulse frequency. It is also equipped with report printing and fault alarm notification functions.
