1. Application Scope

The fire hose hydrostatic burst test device developed by Jinan Bonor Machinery Co., Ltd. is specially used for hydrostatic burst testing of fire hoses. It is widely used by manufacturers, quality inspection laboratories, universities and scientific research institutes for production inspection and R&D of various fire hoses.

Three operation modes are available:

  • Fully automatic test operation via computer control
  • Electric control test via physical buttons on the operation console
  • Manual test by manually operating each valve The intuitive human-machine interface ensures simple and easy operation.

2. Control System

The control system adopts a two-level structure consisting of upper computer and lower computer. The upper computer performs graphic processing, data calculation and data management with independent control units to realize modular control. The lower computer controls the hydraulic system to reach the target pressure following commands from the upper computer. It achieves high pressure control precision, excellent pressure holding performance and real-time automatic pressure compensation. It can automatically save test data upon power failure and resume testing after power is restored to ensure test continuity.

3. Equipment Features
