一、Application Scope

Developed by Jinan Bonor, this equipment complies with Chinese national standards including GB/T9251-1997 Methods for Hydrostatic Test of Gas Cylinders, GB/T13004-2016 Periodic Inspection and Evaluation of Seamless Steel Gas Cylinders, GB/T9251-2010 Methods for Hydrostatic Test of Gas Cylinders, as well as American standard CGA C-1 Hydrostatic Test Methods for Compressed Gas Cylinders which specify test procedures, test device specifications and operating requirements in detail. Designed in accordance with domestic hydrostatic test standards for gas cylinders and US DOT regulations, the computer-controlled external volumetric measurement system features real-time data acquisition and high measuring accuracy compared with conventional manual external measurement devices. It supports real-time data display, automatic data saving after tests and historical data inquiry.

Vehicle-mounted natural gas cylinders mainly cover seamless steel cylinders and fiber-wound cylinders (well-known manufacturers: Beijing Tianhai, Chongqing Yifeng, etc.). This tester is adopted to measure key technical parameters of cylinders under pressure, such as total deformation, residual deformation and deformation rate. All test data can be traced and queried conveniently.

二、 Equipment Characteristics

  1. The external volumetric measurement adopts pneumatic-hydraulic pressurization structure; all wetted components are manufactured from stainless steel for excellent anti-corrosion performance.
  2. Multiple types of water jackets are provided to match various test specifications of gas cylinders.
  3. Equipped with high-precision reference gauge for calibrating working pressure gauges.
  4. User-friendly software interface effectively avoids manual errors and automatically records test pressure and expansion volume data.
  5. After hydrostatic test completion, the computer collects initial water level, high-pressure water level, test peak pressure and final water level. The upper computer calculates total deformation, residual deformation value and residual deformation rate automatically.
  6. Electronic weighing device replaces traditional measuring tubes. Digital sensors accurately measure pressure value and volume expansion quantity.

The hydrogen cylinder hydrostatic test system is designed for hydrostatic pressure resistance testing of hydrogen cylinders. This tester supports dual control modes: computer automatic control and manual control. It is equipped with functions for automatic acquisition and processing of test data.
The breathing gas cylinder testing device is designed for the full inspection of breathing cylinders, integrating multiple functional units including hydrostatic pressure test, cylinder drying, internal cleaning, valve disassembly & assembly, and internal water removal.
The hydraulic bursting test bench for LPG cylinders is applied to measure the volumetric expansion of liquefied petroleum gas cylinders and other pressure vessels. Equipped with a computer measurement & control system and visual test report forms, the equipment features simple operation.
