1. Application Scope

The hydrostatic pressure test machine developed by Jinan Bonor is designed for hydrostatic pressure testing of explosion-proof enclosures. It complies with the static pressure test requirement specified in Clause 15.1.2 of GB 3836.2-2010 Electrical apparatus for explosive gas atmospheres — Part 2: Protection by flameproof enclosure “d”. The test pressure ranges from 1 MPa to 2 MPa, and the system automatically relieves pressure once the preset holding time expires. The machine is equipped with a high clamping force of 600 tons. It is widely applied to hydrostatic tests for housings of explosion-proof electrical appliances, explosion-proof switches, frequency converters and soft starter switches.

II. Equipment Composition

  1. Hydraulic pressurizing unit: Equipped with a high-flow booster pump for pressurization, with a maximum working pressure of 2 MPa and adjustable pressure value.
  2. Compacting unit: Adopts a hydraulic station for automatic clamping, with a maximum clamping force of 600 tons.
  3. Trolley conveying unit: Tested explosion-proof enclosures can be placed on the trolley for flexible movement and positioning.
  4. Water filling unit: Realizes fast water injection with large flow rate to shorten preparation time.

III. Product Features

  1. Matched with an independent control system to realize adjustable and controllable output pressure and holding time conveniently.

IV. Technical Parameters

  1. Data recording mode: manual recording or computer automatic recording for selection.
