Description
1. Application Scope
Bonor hydrostatic test system for oil drilling inclinometer is designed to test the external pressure resistance of inclinometer housings. With a simulated high-pressure test chamber, it reproduces actual downhole pressure environments. Controlled by computer, the system is capable of ultra-high pressure testing up to 200 MPa. Equipped with sealed clamping tooling, it performs shell pressure tests for various sizes of downhole inclinometers, downhole tools, deep-well signal generators and other deep-well instruments.

2. Equipment Features
- Both high-pressure and low-pressure tests are available, with a working pressure range from 5 MPa to 200 MPa.
- Threaded connection is adopted for pipelines between pump and pressure chamber for easy replacement.
- Safe separated structure: the control system is isolated from pressure-bearing components without pressure load on the control side.
- Real-time exhaust monitoring: the system locks the test process and alerts operators if the pressure chamber is not fully vented before pressurization.
- Non-corrosive and easy-to-clean medium such as cutting fluid is recyclable, and overflow medium flows back to the water tank automatically.
- Intelligent full-process control: automatic air exhausting, stepped pressurization, stepped pressure holding and pressure relief. It maintains pressure automatically once the target value is reached, sends an alarm upon pressure holding completion, and records the full pressure curve automatically.
- Automatic & manual operation modes with free switching.
