Description

. Overview

Bonor nuclear-grade valve hydrostatic test machine manufactured in Jinan is applied for pressure resistance testing of nuclear power valves. The test pressure, pressure holding duration and pressure rising rate can be precisely regulated via computer control system. Water is adopted as the primary test medium to implement tightness inspection and hydrostatic strength test for valves. Pressurized water or other compressed media generated by the high-pressure pump is delivered into tested valves through pipelines. By pressurizing to specified target pressure, the sealing performance and pressure-bearing structural strength of valves can be verified effectively. This machine realizes automatic pressure rise, automatic pressure holding & stabilization as well as automatic pressure relief, with one-touch operation for the whole testing procedure. The electrical control system complies with relevant electrical industry standards. Equipped with dedicated control & data acquisition unit, the control system features stable operation and high working reliability.

. Test Standards for Valve Hydrostatic Test Bench

  • HAF003-1991, Safety Regulations on Quality Assurance for Nuclear Power Plants
  • HAF102-2004, Safety Regulations for the Design of Nuclear Power Plants
  • HAF601-2007, Supervision Regulations on the Design, Manufacture, Installation and NDT of Civil Nuclear Safety Equipment
  • RCC-M: Design and Construction Rules for Mechanical Components of PWR Nuclear Islands (2000 Edition & 2002 Supplement)
  • Related specifications: RCC-M D5000, RCC-M C5000, RCC-M F6610

. Equipment Features

  1. Fully covered computer control system enables arbitrary pressure adjustment with parameter locking function to avoid pressure deviation during operation.
  2. Real-time pressure curve display on the monitor, and test reports are automatically generated after tests. Equipped with Bonor air-driven booster pump, the system will automatically stop and hold pressure once the target value is reached without manual attendance.
  3. All pressure-bearing parts are made of stainless steel with ferrule-type quick connections and weld-free structure, featuring fast assembly & disassembly and low leakage risk.
  4. Built-in automatic clamping mechanism. The cylinder will automatically clamp and seal the valve after placement, eliminating manual bolt tightening work.
