一. Application Scope
The fire hose testing machine developed by Jinan Bonor Machinery Co., Ltd. is specially designed for hydrostatic pressure testing of fire hoses. The system automatically generates pressure-time curves displayed in real time, stores all test data, and supports printing bilingual inspection reports (Chinese & English) at any time. The equipment is designed in full compliance with GB6246-2001 Performance requirements and test methods for lined fire hoses. It is widely adopted by manufacturing factories, quality inspection institutes, scientific research institutes and universities for routine production inspection and product R&D of various fire hoses. Operators can freely customize test parameters according to relevant test standards, and the machine will complete the full automatic pressure testing procedure.
二. Control System
The control system adopts a two-tier architecture consisting of upper computer and lower computer:
- Upper computer: It performs graphic processing, data calculation and data management with independent control modules, realizing modularized control.
- Lower computer: It drives the hydraulic pressure system to reach target pressure according to instructions sent from the upper computer, featuring high pressure control accuracy and excellent pressure holding performance with automatic real-time pressure compensation. All test data will be saved automatically upon power failure, and the test can be resumed after power is restored to ensure test continuity. Two operation modes are available for selection: manual control mode and computer automatic control mode.

三. Equipment Features
- The unit is equipped with a triplex plunger electric pump and a frequency converter, enabling adjustable and controllable output pressure.
- Adopting advanced technology and well-engineered structure, the machine features compact size, light weight and elegant appearance.
- All pressure-bearing components are standard parts sourced from world-famous brands. There are no welded joints on the pressure circuit, which makes disassembly easy. The equipment boasts high safety factor, long service life and convenient maintenance.
四. Technical Parameters

- Clamping fixture: hydraulic automatic clamping fixture is included, which can automatically clamp the tested fire hose with quick connection design
- Test pressure range: 0–10MPa; customized pressure range is available according to customer requirements
