This pipe pressure burst tester is designed to measure the pressure failure duration under long-term constant internal pressure and constant temperature, as well as instantaneous burst pressure value of thermoplastic pipes and composite pipes. Applicable pipe types include PP-R, PP-B, PP-A, PE, PE-X, PVC, PVC-U, PVC-C, aluminum plastic composite pipes and other tubular products. It is essential testing equipment for plastic pipe manufacturers and inspection institutions, which can objectively reflect the product quality level of enterprises.

Conforms to two national standards:

  • GB/T 6111-2003: Test Method for Resistance to Internal Pressure of Thermoplastic Pipes for the Transport of Fluids
  • GB/T 15560-1995: Test Method for Hydraulic Instantaneous Burst and Pressure Resistance of Plastic Pipes for the Transport of Fluids

The system supports real-time pressure curve display, test report printing and experimental data storage via computer control.
