I. Application Scope

The air pressure burst strength testing machine for power steering oil reservoirs is designed to test the pressure resistance and sealing strength of plastic oil reservoirs. The pressurization rate can be regulated via computer control, with a maximum test pressure of 3 MPa. This equipment serves as an anti-burst pressure test bench applicable for air pressure resistance tests on clean water pump oil pots, power steering oil pots, clean water pots, as well as air burst tests for plastic containers and power steering pump oil reservoirs.

II. Composition of Burst & Pressure Resistance Test Equipment

Gas Pressurizing Unit Adopts  booster pump for pressurization; the output pressure is adjustable with a maximum value of 3 MPa.

Mounting Structure & Test Chamber Equipped with an internal stainless steel explosion-proof cabinet. It allows convenient placement of test specimens and effectively ensures the personal safety of testing operators.

Pneumatic Burst Control Unit Accurately controls the pressurization rate and test pressure, and supports computer centralized control.

Data & Report Output Function Test reports can be printed automatically upon test completion, and pressure change curves can be stored for subsequent review.

Ⅲ. Features of Gas Pressure Burst Testing Machine

1. Equipped with a control unit to realize adjustable and controllable output pressure and test duration. The Simteter booster pump enables convenient and stable pressure regulation.
2. Adopts advanced technology with rational structural layout; different pipeline assemblies can be replaced according to actual testing demands.
3. Optional SUPY1.0 automatic data acquisition system is available for real-time pressure curve monitoring and test report printing. All pressure test data can be exported and saved into Excel files for later inquiry and review.
