Water Heater Hydrostatic Test Machine

Description

1. Overview

Bonor water heater hydrostatic test device is developed for hydraulic pressure test of water heaters. It is widely applied in water heater manufacturers, quality inspection institutes, universities and research institutions for factory inspection, performance verification and new product development research. The unit is composed of pressurization system, tooling fixture system and pressure control system. The whole testing process is automatically controlled by computer with real-time data acquisition function.

Bonor water pressure boosting system and boosting cabinet are mainly applied to hydrostatic pressure testing of pressure vessels and other tested products. Equipped with remote video monitoring module and intelligent control system, the equipment supports automatic test report output and permanent storage of test data.
